YOUNG GUNS RACES 7 & 8 ($200 TO WIN ALL FEATURES)
 
We would like to thank BAKER MACHINING SERVICE LLC sponsoring both of these races along with Waynesfield Motorsports Park and Cridersville Speedway. We would like to thank the Karts Parts Store for supplying the door prizes and CHASE’N RACE’N Illustrated for coming from South Carolina to cover the Young Guns races.
 
We would like to invite all you champ racers to come join us for a great weekend of racing. ALL YOUNG GUNS FEATURES WILL BE PAYING $200 TO WIN EACH NIGHT.
 
We will be having a 50/50 drawing both nights, the proceeds will be going to Eric Wolleson who suffered the loss of his son this past weekend. Please keep Eric and Amanda in your thoughts and prayers.

CHASE’N RACE’N Illustrated is coming to cover the Friday July 30th race at Waynesfield Motorsports Park and the race Saturday July 31st at Cridersville Speedway. Hope to see everyone there.
 


 

We would like to thank Double B Photography, BMI Karts and Supplies, Ohio Valley Raceway, and the Karts Parts Store for make this race possible. We will be paying $200 to win in each class and we will give a door prize away after sign in. We will be doing sign in at our trailer from 4:30 to 6:00pm. There is camping available at the track for $5.00, $10.00 with electric hook up and $16.00 for a full hook up. The gates will be open all day so can come as early as you want.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at race #4 of the 2010 Young Guns Season. We would like to thank Performance Manufacturing, Chaffin Racing Engines, BMI Karts and Supplies, and Karts Parts Store. We will be paying $200.00 to win in all three classes.

May 8, 2010 Young Guns Race #3 at 339 Speedway $500 to WIN ( Bob Nervo Memorial Race)

   We would like to thank Rage Karts, BMI Karts & Supplies, 339 Speedway, & the Karts Parts Store for making this race possible. All three Young Guns classes are paying $500 to WIN with no kart min. As a bonus 339 will be running two flat kart classes (Jr. Pro & Sr. 360) with a $500 purse, the details are located on their web-site (http://www.339speedway.org/). All start times and track details can be found on the site also. They will be having an open practice on Friday May, 7 for $5.00 a kart and you will be able to get a two day pit pass for $15.00. Camping is available also. Hope to see every one there.

The 2nd race of the 2010 Young Guns season is this Saturday April, 17 2010. We would like to thank Russell Moore Motorsports for sponsoring this race.

Racing to starts shortly after 11:00am
Pitt passes are $10.00
Entry fee: $30.00
 
We will not be using the transponders to score are race, so there will be no $10.70 charge to each racer.
Remember that you must have proof of your age to run a Young Guns Race so please don’t forget to bring your birth certificate.

Young Guns Season Opener March 6
 
We would like to thank all the drivers that registered early so that they could get their names on the back of the 2010 T-shirt. We would like to thank all the sponsors for coming onboard for the 2010 Young Guns season. The season opener will be March 6 at the Columbus fairgrounds. We will have a full time tech person for the 2010 season, all Karts and Motors MUST BE WKA LEGAL. Karts will be teched prior to the events at which time they will get a 2010 Young Guns Sticker placed on them. We will not be doing the restrictor plate rental this year since we have a full time tech person, motors will be subject to a spot tech at any time the tech person deems necessary (fuel, oil, plate, etc). Please remember that you must have proof of age before you can race any Young Guns Race. Thank you and hope that everyone has a Blessed and Safe 2010 racing season.

The winners in each class at our Columbus race will also receive the opportunity to go to any one of the Firestone Champ Series races and there entry fee will be paid. This will be offered to the winners at there first race, they will be able to come to any one of the Young Guns races and there entry will be paid.
